Jake Schubert is General Partner of Ohio Access Fund LP and Managing Member of its general partner, Columbus-based Letterbox Capital OH LLC. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and development, beginning in 1996, including serving as a Senior Project Manager at Toll Brothers and work in healthcare development. He holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University. He leads the Fund’s strategy, operations, investor relations, and capital allocation.
