FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

COLUMBUS, Ohio, October 26, 2026: For years, some of Ohio's most interesting private investments have been open mainly to institutions, family offices, and investors who can write very large checks. Ohio Access Fund LP set out to change that. Their evergreen fund is now accepting verified accredited investors under Rule 506(c), with a $100,000 minimum, and gives them a seat alongside the experienced local partners building Ohio's next chapter.

The idea is simple: invest where you live, with people who know the ground. Ohio Access Fund co-invests with leading Ohio capital allocators across real estate, private equity, and venture capital. Instead of making three separate investments, each with its own minimum, investors reach all three asset classes through a single $100,000 investment. Rather than backing a single project or manager, the Fund takes an endowment-style approach built toward 38+ target holdings, giving investors broad exposure to the state's private markets in one place.

At the center of that approach is alignment. The partners the Fund invests alongside have their own capital in the same investments, so investors are participating side by side with people who share the outcome.

"Ohio is full of talented builders, operators, and investors, but most people here have never had a practical way to invest alongside them," said Jake Schubert, General Partner of Ohio Access Fund and Managing Member of Letterbox Capital OH LLC. "Our limited partners aren't just writing a check. They're joining the people who are shaping the communities they live in. I want every investor in this fund to feel connected to Ohio's growth and to the partners driving it."

That sense of community was on display at the Fund's Kickoff on August 19, 2026, at the Athletic Club of Columbus, where nearly 100 attendees heard a leading Ohio capital allocator speak on the future of the Ohio economy and the current investment landscape.

Schubert brings more than 25 years of real estate and development experience, including work as a Senior Project Manager at Toll Brothers and in healthcare development. He holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University. Cleveland-based LPx (lpx.fund) administers the Fund and supports its investor relations and accreditation verification.
